This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that we gather when you are accessing or using our Services, but not to the practices of companies we don’t own or control, or people that we don’t manage. We gather various types of Personal Information from our users, as explained in more detail below, and we use this Personal Information internally in connection with our Services, including to personalize, provide, and improve our services, to allow you to set up a user account and profile, to contact you, to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, and to analyze how you use the Services. In certain cases, we may also share some Personal Information with third parties, but only as described below.
Youth Athletes First. Always. My Keeper Coach is designed to support the growth and development of youth goalkeepers. We collect only what it takes to track development — nothing more. Video is stored securely and never shared without authorization.
Because our users include young athletes under the age of 13, we comply fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from children under 13 unless registered by their parent or legal guardian. If you are a child under 13, please do not attempt to register for the Services or send any personal information about yourself to us. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate parent/guardian consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. We receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us. For example, during registration and settings updates, we collect Personal Information such as your name, email address, playing level, years training, and goalkeeper age group (e.g. U8-U10, U14-U16). In addition, when you upload matches, we store the video recordings, jersey numbers, and team names. We use this information to accurately identify and analyze the goalkeeper's actions on the pitch.
If you communicate with us, we collect details of your support queries, tickets, and message threads. If you do not want to receive marketing communications from us, please indicate your preference by contacting us or clicking unsubscribe in our lifecycle emails.
Whenever you interact with our Services, we automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser or device, which may include your IP address, geolocation data, device identification, “cookie” information, the type of browser and/or device you’re using, and the page or feature you requested. “Cookies” allow us to recognize your browser or device and tell us how and when pages and features in our Services are visited and by how many people. You can adjust your browser settings to limit cookies, but this may disable some features of our platform.
We do not rent or sell your Personal Information in personally identifiable form to anyone. We share your Personal Information with third parties only as described below:
Your account is protected by a password for your privacy and security. We implement robust physical, technical, and administrative security measures to secure your data and video footage. All video storage uses secure Firebase Storage configurations, and direct video analysis passes private storage URIs to Vertex AI server-side, avoiding exposure of raw video files to public networks.
Although we take all standard precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access, hardware or software failures, or other compromising factors.
You can choose not to disclose information to us, but some details are required to analyze performance. Through your dashboard settings, you can edit or update your age group, playing level, and email. You can request the complete deletion of your account and associated match recordings by contacting us at support@mykeepercoach.com.
We update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect modifications in our features or legal compliance. We will notify you of any major updates via notices in the app or emails. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
